Placed an order, got immediate confirmation by email. 1 day later, email confirmation that the order shipped. No tracking info. 3 days later, requested tracking info by email. Response was that this info was requested from manufacturer. 2 days later and several unanswered emails later, called store asking when tracking info would be available. Answer was that purchase was going to be shipped soon. Finally, 7 days after purchase, the product was shipped. Scheduled to arrive 13 days after purchase.
