I bought it to use on my dog. It's a bit cumbersome but it works. It's larger than I thought it would be and that makes it difficult to use on the leg/hind quarter area. All in all it works ok, just larger than I thought and not as "giving" and I was thinking it would be.

It's a bit bulky in the hand, and made of hard plastic so may not be best for a sensitive horse. I used my rubber curry first and followed up with this attached to my small shop vac, and finished with the shop vac brush attachment- worked great!!
